Flash Flood Warnng

The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for Southwestern Laramie County in Southeast Wyoming. Doppler Radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms with heavy rainfall possibly exceeding two inches. Runoff from the excessive rainfall could impact Curt Gowdy State Park.

WY Outside Seeking Input from Youth for Outdoor Bill of Rights

(CHEYENNE, Wyo.) July 24, 2014 – By completing a brief online survey, Wyoming residents ages 8-21 have the opportunity to provide input on what they believe every youth and family should experience in the Wyoming outdoors. WY Outside is in the process of developing a Youth Outdoor Bill of Rights, which would suggest a fundamental list of experiences that every child in Wyoming should be exposed to and have access to in the Cowboy State.

Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund Board to meet in Cody

Greg Pierce named new State Archaeologist
